What's an empanada? It's freshly prepared clean protein wrapped around a thin layer of dough. Our empanadas are always baked, never fried.

We are a family owned and operated business located by the beautiful Southern California beaches of San Clemente. At a young age, we moved to Argentina for a few years. During that time we made everlasting friendships and awesome memories. We returned to the states over 20 years ago bringing a passion to create the best darn empanada. ;)

 

Countless hours and energy were spent perfecting our recipe to fit an active lifestyle. As avid practitioners in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, surfers, health addicts and lovers of the outdoors it was most important that we nourished our equally active and athletic children with healthy food options and a simple menu.

Today, we’re helping other active families like yours to add flavor and balance to their lives! Living in Argentina drove a strong desire to share the cuisine with everyone we met.
